1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Pixel & Growth (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide website design, development, and logo design services. All deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in a formal proposal or contract signed by both parties.

3. Payment

Payment terms are 50% deposit to begin work, 50% due upon completion before final files are delivered. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be billed at $75/hour.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final design files and code are transferred to the client. Source files (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator) are included unless otherwise specified.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals. Delays caused by client may extend project timeline.

7. Cancellation

Client may cancel at any time. Deposit is non-refundable. Work completed beyond deposit will be invoiced at hourly rate ($100/hr).

8. Warranties & Support

We provide 30-day bug-fix support after launch. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or conversion rates.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
